New RF forum ain't that bad

I am starting to get used to it, it isn't thaaat bad.

Plus some banned users like me, Masch and Lev are posting there and the mods don't seem to mind. (yay no more dupes!)

Aurora and Adroit are the admins not mods, which means they can play around with the forum settings, which means we might get our requests of stuff like quick reply and more threads per page etc. which in the long run might make the forum not so bad.

Those are my thoughts on them.

Yeah this forum is really neat and very user-friendly. Maybe a change of background and a few tweaks here and there like being able to see who is browsing which topics and being able to view a thread's first sentence or words (whichever is most appropriate) before you click into it by hovering your cursor over it are two features I'd like to see here.

I'm talking about the official one, not this one. :p

It isn't so much that the new EA forum is bad, but rather that EA ruined the original forum which was quite good imo and by doing so tore apart our community.

I have an account on the new RF and it is ok, but this forum also looks quite promising. Im gonna post a bit in both forums and see whether most of the old gang end up here or back at EA.

It takes forever to load a thread page there :/

i want to look at the 'new ea forum' but i dont really think we should even go back now. we are just fine in this new forum. hopefully more of the others trickle in here over the weekend.

No, won't go back there. It's a matter of principle, they never listened to their members, that cunt P_rick was massively smug about the move as well.
