    As the game is now released in the U.S, everyone should have access to creation centre.
    I went on only to find that it still asks for Promo codes, I checked out a few threads on their forums to see if it had been mentioned and The Cunt said that it should be available by early evening in the EU.
    It's now 7 pm and I wouldn't call this early evening :evil: Mad

    Creation Center is open to everyone on October 1st I believe. I have access to it, you aren't really missing anything. It's limited and slow.
