He's done well. I was a big fan of the healthcare plan, and that got through, so I was pleased with that. He is not excelling in other areas, but as expected, he has met a lot of resistance from the other side of the isle.

Seriously though, he's done shit. The single biggest problem America has is it's soaring debt tag and out of control federal and state spending. He's done fuck all about either one. He's slowly dialling us down in Iraq, which is good. And he gets credit for hooking Bin Laden. Overall: C-

I think he is a great speaker and very intelligent. He has the right intentions of the country. But I think he needs to grow some balls at times. He tries to please everyone (Democrats and Republicans) that he ends up not accomplishing much or ending with a half-baked solution. Republicans will never accept Obama and won't salute him for his efforts. They will always look for the negative side of things. I don't know if it's racism or just pure politics. So there is no use of trying to please the other side. In the end he isn't keeping his own side fully happy and not gaining anything from the opposition.
Overall, I would give him a B as a grade. His approval rating has gone up recently for the killing of Osama though. I think he will still win reelection because the options on the other side are very poor. Trump? Seriously? Palin? Don't get me started!

You know it's pure politics. Either that, or you're not being honest and/or paying attention. Republicans are the same way with every Democrat president just like Democrats are the same way with every Republican president. There's no basis for the race card. Also, many prominent Republicans have saluted Obama for the death of Bin Laden.
The race card is an intellectually dishonest way of squashing opposition and a copout for dealing with any critiques of the man and his policies, of which there are a great many which are not based on race in any way.
Anyway, he probably will get reelected. Just tell him not to serve fried chicken and collard greens at the inauguration party...or whatever the hell they serve.
