Anyone know how to transfer your videos onto DVD? Got loads of videos I want to keep/watch again, but nobody watches/has anything to watch them on anymore.. Neutral

Do you need to view them on a DVD player? If so, you need to use software like Windows DVD Maker or Nero or Roxio, etc.

If not, you can simply burn the files onto the DVD like a data disc.

    Wahey...

You don't have a VHS player? Then I guess you have to go to a shop that deals with video recording and archiving and they should be able to do everything. Smile

There are special electronic products that contain a VHS and DVD player all in one. You can use them to record DVDs from your VHS tapes.

Another option is to buy a DVD recorder and plug in a VHS player to the analog source.

Thanks lads, I'll give that a look. Sounds cheaper than getting someone else to do it.
