Was talking to me mates in school over the past couple of days, and we all started new FM10 saves as unemployed.
One of my mates was already at Crewe, he has nearly finished his first season.

Look in Poland. There are cheap cheap quality strikers and midfielders for League 2 in the game. (even though IMO it's unrealistic)
