On possible improvements to the squad after having been in charge for two games El had two word, 'black guys.'
He explained further, 'Everywhere I am looking there is white and white, you know I told my assistant on the first day, where are the colored players? I have seen my experience with players like Song that black players can put in a good shift - just like Makelele at Chelsea, If you say to run they will run, if stop, stop, they are very tactically disciplined, how do you say - like a slave.
