Definitely!  You probably won't need two copies, you only really need one, so if you return one you'll get your money back and still have enough games to get by.

My cousin went to the midnight release and picked up a copy, but he was accidentally given the Ultimate Team version. He doesn't play that so he's going to pass the code or whatever to me. i see what you did t

Not sure if I'm playing FUT this FIFA though. Hardly played it last FIFA. The game play in FIFA UT is so awful. The collecting is enjoyable though.

I have 1-3-5 record on FIFA online so far. At least 3 of those loses were disconnects though. Even then though, I can't seem to defend properly in this game. A lot of dudes are scoring from finessed shots from outside the box too which almost never happened to me in 2014.

Not having a great FIFA 15 start.

I'm having a wee bit of trouble adjusting to the defending as well.  I have been playing with players like Steven Taylor and Michael Dawson, but they take 3 seconds to change direction.

My record is something like 16-1-4 so far. Had 1 disconnect loss, and 3 genuine losses. Got smashed 5-0 by someone playing as Everton, for my first loss, it was humiliating.

I'm only in Div 7 and the players are already getting a lot harder.

Defending seems more difficult online, I hate kickoffs. Cunts run right past me and usually score

I have trouble defending against anybody that actually tries to take my defenders on. Used to be the other way around in FIFA 14 for me. If you tried to take me on you'd run yourself into a 6'3 wall of man meat, it was the crosses that'd do me over. It's the opposite now for me.

    Still fun though.

    This is my life

Also I'm not so sure about this new intelligent goalkeeper stuff

The other teams goalkeeper is always amazing, yet my goalkeeper is a useless piece of crap who can't fucking save anything

Defending is harder, but it's not THAT hard, c'mon. Dry Smile Just jostle/stay in front of the attacker and don't tackle until you're sure it'll be a ball-winning tackle.

Although I did end up on the receiving end of the kick-off dribble in a couple of my early games. I've adapted, to stop that from happening now, though, by just staying back and not going in for the tackle.

    Record is now 17-1-4.

All with Liverpool. With this team/formation

    Balotelli - Sturridge
    Sterling
    Coutinho - Lallana
    Gerrard
    Moreno - Sakho - Lovren - Johnson
    Mignolet

I am enjoying the variety in teams I face. In 14, it was almost always Dortmund or PSG. In my games so far this time round, I've faced the likes of Man United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs, Newcastle, AC Milan, Man City, etc.

Although, I'm starting to face AC Milan a little too often.

The most dangerous set piece on this game is the fucking kick off. Every game I'm playing has at
east 5 goals in it because we can just waltz through each other's defence after every goal.

I don't know quite what it is.  I feel like the entire midfield for the defending team presses up alongside the forwards and you can only manually drag one back at a time, making it an easy 2-on-2.

I think the entire defending system is flawed, although I used to use RB to press while I manually marked the runners.  I think they have removed that option. I know people said that that was a cheap way of defending, but it certainly beats the nonexistent option in this game.

To add to this. I don't know if any of you have experienced this but there's a sort of cheap tactic you can use on kick off where you, I'm not sure what term is used for it in English, but translated it's "wall pass" where you pass the ball and almost immediately pass it back, as if you had kicked the ball at a wall, but anyways when you do that the "wall" player runs forward and if you manage to avoid a defender or two with the player with the ball if you make a long through ball it will almost always be controlled by the player that ran at goal and you'll get a very good chance at goal.

I wish I could show you guys what I mean because I realize the above explanation isn't that good but I play co-op with my cousin and we've pretty perfected this to the point where we don't use it anymore because of how cheap it is.

Oh, and anyone else notice that the linesman's face twitches whenever he calls someone offsides? Laughing

This is more or less what I meant above. This guy made it easier because he pulled his defender out of posicion early but it usually works even if you they don't.

Got four straight title wins in FUT online seasons. Now I'm struggling to get a win. Dry Smile EA BS gets a lot more noticeable when the people you play against actually know what they're doing. Defending suddenly got exponentially harder as I jumped from division 7 to 6.
