Balotelli v Welbeck - Who will score more goals this season?

Both purchased for around 16m, one is overrated because he isn't English, the other is underrated because he is English.

Welbeck if he goes to Arsenal. Balotelli if the deal falls through.

I feel like I don't even know if Danny Welbeck is a good player or not.

I haven't gone out of my way to watch him a lot, but this is the impression I get. Someone who's seen him more can correct me if you like.

He got a lot of stick for not scoring enough as a striker, but he has suffered from being played out of position on the wing a lot. He works hard every game and can do back heels. His finishing isn't the worst in the world. He's very untidy though. I never get the impression he is very good with the ball at his feet.

Why would he get a reputation of being a joke if he was any good would be my question.

That's different. He was underrated because of the price and the fact that he was from Sunderland. Welbeck plays for Man United.

Welbeck is the brunt of jokes, because of how shit he can be. He literally does have YouTube complilations that rival Heskey's. I can't think of anyone else who's like that

Henderson moved from one midtable club to another.
Welbeck has moved from a midtable club to a Champions League club.

Up until last year I thought Welbeck and Sturridge were pretty much the same player tbh, will be interesting to see if he gets heavy minutes as a striker at Arsenal, could see him having similar output.

Sturridge is far superior with the ball at his feet.

Also he's a much better finisher than Welbeck. People are going way overboard about how bad Welbeck is though.
