Both lies. It's not as bad as some people say but it is worse that normal cigarettes.

Many stories of regular shisha smokers who end up having fucked up problems later on.

Giving up sweets/chocolate is easier than I thought

Started it last week, been eating nothing but fruit/vegetables as snacks. Was practically forced in to eating chocolate on Monday but never looked back. Found a new love for apples too, I honestly can't stop eating them

Been on a very low carb diet (> 20g) starting Jan 1, after a few days your body loses it's cravings for things you've given up.

I've given up all fats food/fizzy drinks and sweets! I'm bulking up and still gaining calories.

Take inspiration from the food shop I've just done:

Jordan's Country Crisp is nearly a quarter sugar apparently (24g out of 100g). Whole milk is pretty fatty too.

Yeah I'm aware but I'd much rather consume that than stuff like McDonalds, Coke and Confectionary.

I'm precious over my teeth too.

Coca Cola, if consumed regularly is just disgusting, I have it as a mixer and on the odd occasion but I'm not a massive fan.

Been on a protein/fat/fiber diet lately, works pretty well once you get used to it. The premise is to get your body to stop using cabs and sugar for energy and use fat, dropped about 12 pounds and 2inches on the waist so far. Sucks because I have to get somethings tailored now.

I've been trying to cut down on caffeine, so I need to improve my diet so I don't feel like shit when I wake up.
