GTA V is just one of the biggest releases out in mid 2013, the Xbox has only just brought out it's browser too, there is another 2 and a half years at least in them.

I'm sure they've announced that they're going to make next gen consoles soon, the games out at the moment are already at the limit of what current gen can do. I'm sure that PES 2014 is going to come out on next gen
(or maybe they're just using a new engine)
