I don't really care that much about the ranking, because they aren't really accurate. But what's wrong with posting them every time they come out? And before you get any ideas, I would post the rankings even when Egypt was out of the top 20.

It doesn't matter if you agree with the rankings or not, they are important. They have a big impact on the seedings in the World Cup and continental tournaments and qualifiers.
