Oh fuck no, RdM is better than Grant. To be honest the only way this makes sense is if we already have someone lined up, else we would have at least waited until after the City game surely. I want Pep, but it doesn't seem likely, Jose would be the only other choice I'd really want to bring in, and that's not happening.

Drogba has made a plea to FIFA to grant him an emergency loan outside the window. The Chinese season is finished, he wants to keep up his fitness and can't move until 1st of January atm.
FIFA told Press Association Sport in a statement: "We can confirm that the player, Didier Drogba, has submitted a request for authorisation to be registered outside an open registration period for a club on a loan basis.
"Our services are currently looking into the matter."

The head of Chelsea's supporters group said that she didn't want Rafa because he "isn't a good manager" and he "fluked" a Champions League winning campaign on penalties. It's laughable, because she used the same reason (pretty much) to state why she liked RDM.
