Depends who it is. When I was a bit younger, phoning the bank, or any other sort of official or company would have been a bit worrying. But when you get older you stop giving a shit. I ended up arguing for half an hour on the phone with the Student loan company last year.

I think most people do. I do especially when it's an awkward call to parents. Last time I must have walked half a kilometre in the 15 minute phone call

Sometimes, I do dislike talking to people on the phone unless it's to set some plans or something.
