League Hall of Fame's

I've always wondered if there are any "Hall of Fame" type locations in England or Europe which recognizes great players from the leagues they play in.

For example we have the Hall of Fame in Canton, OH for the NFL, but do they do that overseas for your sports leagues? I know each club recognizes its greats, but is there one main location sort of like a Premier League Hall of Fame, or La Primera Hall of Fame?

Would be nice to have someone from England, Spain, Italy, etc answer this for their respective leagues.
