That doesn't sound all bad. Madrid and Bilbao play good football Valencia are up there but i just can't seem to care about them anymore, Schalke v Bilbao is my favorite fixture of the lot, AZ - Valencia close follower.

But Barca v Real is too much of the wrong football drama for my taste. The lastest classico was relatively drama free, but if they play too many matches too close it can be a bit sad, and just before Euros for Spains reigning champions too.

I hope Bilbao win this, if they play like they did against UTD, then they deserve to.

Also the potential of have three Spainish teams in the Europa League semifinals. La Liga could easily jump over the Premier League for first place in the UEFA coefficent.

Atleast I was on it for 3 years now.

I jumped on the Athletic Bilbao bandwagon too. I knew they were good before, but I never really payed much attention to them in the past.

What makes this more impressive is their policy of only choosing players born in the Basque Country which makes it more amazing because it really limits your talent pool. While Fernando Amorebieta was born in Venezuela he was raised in the Basque Country which qualifies him for the team.
