No I don't, I only play it with 'Gears Band' because that's the only shooter that all of us have I haven't even completed single player on it yet

More excited about AC3 than FIFA 13, first time FIFA hasn't taken priority for me.
Still feel like this is such an underrated series.

Agreed, I love the conspiracy surrounded with the templars and the story with 'the ones who came before' , really annoys me when people see this game as a game just to climb shit and kill people.

It's a great series. Will be a shame when it comes to an end.

I fear the series will go out with a whimper after it's milked beyond belief.

Milked beyond belief? What the hell are you talking about? The only time it was kind of milked was in Revelations.

Re: Assassins Creed 3
If the series continues to be released yearly even after AC3, the series will turn stale unless they dramatically change the formula. I mean I was already somewhat burnt out on Assassins creed when revelations came out.

The series will end at AC III since the game date ending will be in December 21st 2012 and Desmond is already in October (or maybe November now) in 2012.

Re: Assassins Creed 3
I think the series has all the potential to be one of the greatest, considering how many different historical settings they could use. Just a question of living up to it and putting out games at the same level as ACII and Brotherhood, if not better.
I thought ACIII was just the end of Desmond's story? Of course there was also talk of a film, not sure what's happening with that.

Re: Assassins Creed 3
The series will not stop at three, in fact there are strong rumours that Ubisoft could be developing a Assassins creed MMO.

Those are rumours, and besides it's an MMO (which won't make any sense) so it won't affect the single player mode.

I wasn't trying to make the climbing sound like a bad thing or anything but some people that just think that that is what the game is only about really just bug me.NZG wrote:Kuled wrote:Agreed, I love the conspiracy surrounded with the templars and the story with 'the ones who came before' , really annoys me when people see this game as a game just to climb shit and kill people.

Re: Assassins Creed 3
Went to play Brotherhood again (still haven't gotten Revelations, promising myself next time I see it at a mall or such I'm going to pick it up) to complete all of the extras/side missions then I realized I lost all my saved data because my PS3 got fux'd up.
Excuse to play it over.
Whenever my assassins died in brotherhood too made me sad. They gave up their lives to save me. The only times they'd ever die is when I went into a difficult Borgia area (near the beginning when your assassins aren't all badass yet) then I'd just call them in to cover my ass while fighting 2000 guards. Then sometimes they'd just get overwhelmed or I would run to save my ass and they'd be left behind holding them off. Also did you guys colour code them based on their ranks too?

I colored coded my lead assassin
made her one red while the rest were all white except for one who saved my life. (made him black )

Re: Assassins Creed 3
I just color coded all the Rank 2s like green, then made the 3s red, 4s black, etc. Until there wasn't enough colors for every level so then I just did the top x (number of colors) amount of ranks then did all lower than that the standard white. Never got fuxed up when they became assassins though because all of them were passed the white colours by then (unless I had some dead, but the new recruits wouldn't fight anyway).
Feels so badass when you and two other of your apprentices are fighting side by side against a bunch of guards.

Yeah, Multiplayer on AC is already shit, it wouldn't be a success at all I wouldn't buy it. And besides, the only thing I and many others care about in AC is the story modeJuventino. wrote:Kuled wrote:Those are rumours, and besides it's an MMO (which won't make any sense) so it won't affect the single player mode.

Has anyone completed the Guild challenges? I always forget them. I'll give them more thought on Brotherhood
