Agger's interview is even better when you consider Downing's pretty interview on the.tv website.Sugar coating everything, while coming off as passionless.

Shame Agger couldn't open his mouth on the field Saturday, He was shocking. Put us under pressure 3 or 4 times which nearly lead to them scoring. Carra's pace lets him down but fuck me we really missed his leadership at the back on Saturday. It took the back four an age to get out from set pieces and the decision making was shocking.

Its time for all the players to do their talking on the pitch and not off it. Maybe what Agger is saying is true, but i would rather see the players performing better on the park that just talking about it after a bad performance and all these players and management and staff should all feel hurt, but dont talk the talk, its time to walk the walk and that has to start in 2 weeks time at Chelsea.

Why don't you get down to Anfield and protest about it.Alan wrote:Its time for all the players to do their talking on the pitch and not off it. Not a lot, nothing to slag him off about. Basically it was a disappointing draw and if we'd of put our early chances away it would have been different. Swansea played well and the only encouraging thing for the management is that we are creating chances we'll keep working and we'll have to improve.

Yes we all know that Carragher is not the player he was and lacks pace, but the man has sorted Liverpool's back line out for years and his leadership is still important to Liverpool and when he does retire we will hopefully get someone at the back with these leadership qualities again.

Nothing of any significance, which is why I found it terrible. Just trying to appease the fans by saying 'we will do better'.

Someone saying we were slow to get out because Carra wasn't playing? He's the worst culprit of it, half the time he stands next to Reina telling him where to kick/throw it when he should be pushing 20 yards further up the pitch.

Downing has put in the 5th highest amount of Crosses in the league this season 73, But it's his fault no one heads them in.

It's his fault that they are too inaccurate atm though.

TBF Every game, Downing has put in a superb cross right in front of the goal, only for his team mates to fuck it up.

If people had actually finished his crosses we'd be raving about how fantastic he's been.

Downing could of had at least 5 assists by now. Still I don't think he's good enough to be our winger if we're aspiring to be more than top 5/4.

He hasn't got the pace or explosiveness we need. He might be good on the ball but he never shows it. When we signed him everyone was saying he was faster than Young. No way.

On the ball. Our team is very good. We have a good technical team.
Off the ball. We are pretty shit. Shite pressing, IE (Pressing as a team),. We are not as well organised, like we were under Rafa.
The midfield gets overrun, in the last 20 minutes off every game due to Adam being dead.
Adam off the ball attributes are fucking shit.

Maybe we should look to the Brazilian pretty boys to solve our midfield problem, Lucas Moura or Ganso

They are so many problems but i would think that finishing should be our biggest worry right now.
