the way we are using him, is wrong.

He is a complete hindrance to our play, too slow on the ball, link up play is poor, not good enough in the final third, but yes, we are using him in the wrong way, he is supposed to be the man who links the midfield to the attack, but he isn't that sort of player and we end up having a massive gap between the midfield and attack. We need a Silva/Modric esque player.

I can't believe how different everyone's opinions are in this thread. I swear, I disagree with nearly every post.

Fans will have to be patient with Henderson, he's got the tools and attitude to succeed at Liverpool however its going to take time to fulfil his talent.

They will give him time, and resources to spend.

However, they have shown that with Boston, they are willing to sack a 'idol' who was the coach, if the team does not perform.

Hopefully we go the way of City. When they first started spending big and building their squad they signed average Premiership players, like Barry, Milner, Santa Cruz... Adam, Henderson and Carroll...

Who is there left to buy, I swear most of the world class players are already at big clubs

Adam has been brilliant for Liverpool...in the first half of games, I swear he literally dies in the second half

I can't believe we're even questioning Kenny this early on, it's fucking ludicrous, no, it really is, here's why... the league is so so fucking tight, and little things going this way or that way is changing everything and is changing people views entirely, it shouldn't be like that.

I'm not defending us here, but we're literally 'just' a goalscorer away from being in the hunt for the title and being on the same points as City/Utd, if we'd of had a clinical lad in the side, someone who puts the ball in the net no questions asked, we wouldn't even be talking like this.

We need a/Bent/Defoe/Owen fucking big big style, if we'd of had any of them this season, we'd be sitting top of the table. That's how small the margin is. So while we're all going round in circles asking why Downing isn't doing that or Henderson this, I think we're all missing the point (I have too).

I'm personally under the opinion that all we need is an out and out goalscorer. I think the teams getting too much criticism on here and other places.

You have to be looking at why that is though, you cant just say "oh well we cant score goals". Maybe Kenny should have bought someone like that in the 2 transfer windows he's been in charge

Bellamy's not an out and out striker and he's not clinical enough (certainly not as clinical as the players I mentioned). Seriously, we don't even need someone who is good, just someone who puts the ball in the net. Darren Bent for example, shite player, but he does what he does, he's a fucking great finisher. With the chances we've created this season, he'd be fucking top scorer now. (I've a sneaky feeling we're gunna' sniff round Bent) It was like Torres, not an overall 'great' footballer, but in terms of scoring and finishing chances, no better player in the game.

Torres with us was a fucking great footballer overall, what are you on about? He's slowly getting back to that for Chelsea now.
