Mmmmmmmm.. that's awesome. I wouldn't mind him on our squad tbh.
It is during the MLS break, I presume.

Goetze agent was quoted on Yahoosports and Goal as saying that Mario intends to see out his Dortmund contract and possibly extend the deal.grenade187 wrote:I also read on twitter that Goetze wants to leave Dortmund in january ? Not sure if that's true.
Been saying that about our players since 2006. Seems like we went from balance to over reliance. I think you and I actually had a discussion about that.Steadman wrote:I'm afraid we have another Henry and Fabregas on our hands though, our over reliance on him is unnerving.

When Henry left we actually had players that could make the step up and become a force in the league, players like Cesc, Adebayor, Robin and Nasri. If Robin were to leave this squad would have no players to create, finish, dictate etc. except maybe Wilshere, who is too young to take on that responsibility.
Its a very scary thought if Robin were to leave.

I think Ramsey has improved a lot in the past few weeks after the late Marseille goal. He seems to be brimming with confidence, see it in his flair-ish play of late. I like it a lot if he keeps it up he will be very good for us this season and maybe Wilshere's injury will be a blessing in disguise.
Hypothetically of course..he just needs to keep playing as well as he has

He was performing better before the accident. I've always felt he tends to hold the ball up a lot more than our other player do, he often slows down our attacks which is a good thing some of the time but he needs to find a balance.

Good luck with that. The MLS isn't looking to part ways with there best up and coming young player.

We would definitely be in a world of hurt if he decided to leave. I think we have a good base with players like Ramsey, Wilshere and Gervinho, but I think we would be a mid-table team at best if he left. I think Gervinho is a star in the making. His play has been a lot better than I thought it would be for someone just making their jump to the big time. His link play with Robin is excellent and something we should keep building on. I like Ramsey more before his injury, he looks a lot more timid now and that is to be expected, but he will come good I think.
