They've definitely got a great chance James, was mulling over whether to put a bet on them to win it just before. Think I might just do.

Lets not get too carried away.
There's still teams like Atletico Madrid, Schalke, Anderlecht, Udinese, PSG, Sporting, PSV etc. that they will have to come up against. Then you also have to remember the Champions League teams that will be drawn into the knockout stages of the Europa League, Manchester City and Napoli come to mind.

They'll draw, and subsequently get knocked out by Legia Warszawa.

None of the European ponces can hack it at the Britannia though. The only way Stoke might get knocked out is if they come up against another English team who know what it takes to beat Stoke. Can't go to the Britannia and play pretty football, if you try it then Ramsey happens.

Re: Stoke tearing up Europe
Spurs/Atletico Madrid/Udinese/Fulham/PSG/Bilbao are all bigger favorites than Stoke.
Then there's clubs in the CL who will drop down to the EL like Steadman said. Clubs like Dortmund//Napoli/Valencia/Lyon/Porto all look likely to end up in the Europa league. Man City could too.

How can Spurs be bigger than favourites than Spurs?

A hot and arid day at San Mames > Sissy Stoke at the Britannia with phaggoty british weather.

That's funny I was thinking about this but I didn't know what kind of weather they got on Bilbao's ground.grenade187 wrote:A hot and arid day at San Mames > Sissy Stoke at the Britannia with phaggoty british weather.
I used a hot humid day in Chiapas instead.

Che's back!
And I think Stoke's opponents are more confused than anything else, which explains their results. "Why are they not passing the ball?"

I also knew they'd do well, their style can;t really be contained by European teams because they don't know what is coming at them
