Basically the MWI says that for each choice one has to make, there are splintered parallel universes where each choice is played out. For eg, if you had to choose between drinking water, vodka, or blood, two new universes or timelines would form to play out the two choices that you rejected.

So in the community episode the epicenter of the split in question was Abed's rolling the die to see who would get the pizza. Since there were 7 possible choices (1-6 or ignoring the die) there were 6 additional universes created and the show spent the time to see what would happen in each.

Haven't been asleep all night so decided to get in the bath, fell asleep in there for about 30 minutes (I know, dangerous) woke up, washed, shaved, bow dried my hair (lol gay) and now I'm feeling good.

You have to buy the mattress and bed but it didn't say that.
