    Also on the Hereford forum...

their supporters are full of rubbish just like their manager.

Just read this from your forum.

    http://unofficialbulls.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=29303

4 deliberate hand balls , Elder back handed in the face, Pell elbowed, Cornell flatten twice and more fouls than any other team that has come to the Street this season.
And not giving the ball back when the ref blow for an injury.
A foul and disgusting team, run by short fat horrible man!!!!!

I see this tactic wasn't a one off. Evans claimed after Thomas tried to lash on to a through ball back to us to score that if Thomas had scored, he would have let Cheltenham walk the ball into the goal uncontested.

It's no surprise they are severely hated at this level when they show that level of poor sportsmanship.

Bunch of pricks, Evans tried fighting with a Hereford fan after the game but the stewards got in the way Laughing

It actually felt like they had paid the officials today, theres a thread on BB about the ref mate.

Lots of positive comments from Bradford fans on their forum about us. Not the first time we've been praised this season eek2

For once Park I agree with you. Although I have to say we could have won had we even turned up. Cheltenham may be the best team at VP so far but that says nothing does it when you look at the games we've played at home. We were crap from back to front.

It's a shame after so many good performances but also to be fair Cheltenham are a good team and will be up there at the end of the season and had 5 in midfield making it very difficult for us. Glad we won't be playing them every week.

We're not all pricks you know. Neutral I've seen other sides cheat more than we have when we've played them. I wasn't there so can't comment on the game, but I have seen every home game this season and not once have we cheated, if anything other sides have cheated more than we have.

Maybe we are different when away, and it may have been a one off, but the Northampton game I watched on Sky we did hardly anything wrong. I know Evans can get over emotional during games, it's just the way he is and I personally hate that other clubs hate us. I've seen the likable side of us, it's a very small staff and run club. It's like a family atmosphere with the staff and whenever you go to the ground and the main reception. If only other clubs could see that, then maybe opinions could change and not just focus on Evans and Raynor. We probably don't do ourselves any favors, but I don't think most of our players are genuine cheats. Players like Torres, Tubbs, Hunt, Barnett etc. are all good players who 9/10 don't cheat to win.

From the CTFC.net forum it seemed as though our back 4 was all over the place today with one player I think playing in his proper position.

All you need at this level to be successful is a hard working side who will give everything for the shirt, and it is so satisfying after 5 years or relegation battles to recieve plaudits from oppositions managers and fans week after week.

Credit to Cheltenham they bossed the game, were first to the ball every time, chased and closed down and PASSED THE BALL WITH ACCURACY AND PURPOSE! Best TEAM to play at VP so far this season.
Agreed. Cheltenham were the best team at VP this season, but that also says how poor this league is, by no means a great team, but christ they were a hungry team and I would be proud to see that performance (put in by Cheltenham) from our boys every week.

2nd bottom of the league, this is when my support is needed the most What a Face

West Ham, Cardiff and Brighton away in the next 3, looking to get to at least two of them bounce

    ---

Disappointing to lose it when we came back from 2 down, but it's good that we scored two and even with a couple of injuries & suspensions put up a fight in the second half.

Never even heard of the Welsh 17 y/o that came on, not even got a picture on the academy page Laughing http://www.ccfc.co.uk/page/Academy/0,,10269~1030330,00.html

If Crawley get promoted to League One, then they will go straight back down, as League One has more physical teams than Crawley in it, like us and Wycombe.

We're not that physical. We can play the ball down when we want to and when we do we play really well, it's just 9/10 hoofed up to Barnett/Akinde and if they win the header it normally goes back to the other team. npower Football League 2011/2012 - Page 29 58503

    Bulls Director of Football
Gary Peters has hit out at the Welsh FA for their decision to take David
Cornell on a walking trip on FA Cup 1st Round day.

    United
are set to face Yeovil Town in the FA Cup 1st round on Saturday
November 12th and with the Welsh U21's not playing their game against
Armenia until the following Tuesday, Peters has fumed "It's a ridiculous
situation" adding "to say it's not fair is an understatement."

    Talking exclusively to Bulls Player,
Peters explained the situation. "Over the weekend when he [David] would
be playing for us, he's on a walking tour of the hills of somewhere or
    other, which is ridiculous.

"He's not actually playing but they're [The Welsh U21's] taking him away from us."

Injuries to United's other two keepers, Adam Bartlett and Russell Hoult currently leaves The Bulls without a recognised 'keeper for Saturday's FA Cup clash against Yeovil.

    And
as Peters explains he and Bulls manager Jamie Pitman are finding it
hard to bring in a replacement "Becuase it's an FA Cup game clubs in
Leagues 1 and 2 won't lend us anyone and Premier League clubs still
    don't want their goalkeepers cup-tied."

    "Some of the keepers from
non-league which we might have a chance with, a lot of those are cup
tied so at the moment we've got no keeper for next week.."

    Gary
feels the Welsh FA's decision makes a mockery of the FA Cup "For people
to keep trying to defend the FA Cup and how big a competition it is, and
that it's not being looked at in the best light - The Welsh FA have
proved that the competition doesn't mean anything to them either."

    Suggestions
that common sense should prevail, and that Cornell could possibly fly
out after United's FA Cup 1st round game, in time for the Welsh U21's
match on Tuesday were dismissed by Peters "You try talking to Brian
Flynn, the Welsh U21 coach, and common sense is not part of the job
    description.

"They [The Welsh FA] don't mind what they do, they
don't mind who they hurt, they're just bothered about 'can't do it',
'not allowed to', 'he's got to come with us'.

"Someone like Bryan Flynn should know better, he's been a league manager himself, they're just being ignorant."
