I thought Carroll was pretty crap today, he got going towards the end though.

Happy for Carroll, great to see Suarez score another goal. Gerrard's looking good too.

He would of understood words such as 'goal' and 'fans'. But fair play to him on learning English after only a few months here. Tevez on the other hand has been in England for 5 years and can't speak a single word.

I'm pleased that he did the interview, you could tell he was nervous at the beginning, but he was speaking it pretty well by the end

Best players today were Enrique and Kelly in my opinion. Solid and hard working all game. The performance wasn't good at all, we hoofed it until we had the man advantage. Rodwell was wrongfully sent off too.

The players need to play it to Carroll's feet more. 3/4 goals he's scored with his feet, but he only seems to get hoofs/high crosses.

So refreshing to see Gerrard on the field

Now he's back this is how I would line up:

Bellamy.....Gerrard.....Kuyt

.........Lucas.......Adam.....

but since Carroll scored I guess he has to play the next game so:

.....................Carroll

Bellamy....Gerrard....Suarez

..........Adam........Lucas

Not convinced Gerrard can do the 4-4-2, Adam's role will be to cut out the Hollywood balls and keep it simple!

First thing Gerrard did was, when he came on, he slowed the play right down. Then we kept possession. Can't wait to see him fully fit.
