Online is the only thing I ever do on Fifa, unless I'm playing with friends, then we just play against each other.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
I don't get how people can play career mode. I hate playing against the AI/computer.

I just don't get the same excitement playing against a robot. I love knowing there's someone else determined to beat me. The emotion of playing online is much more intense.

There's always been a slight delay on FIFA online for me and it pisses me off.
I play career mode its cool to see people develop/teams change, but mostly we try to play 2v2 with friends.

Hoping for a win tomorrow.
Bolton to hold Chelsea, though they'll likely be battered.
Tottenham and Arsenal to draw would be great.
Wolves to beat Newcastle would be great.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
Is it at Emirates or Spurs?
I think Arsenal could easily get a point or win. Hopefully they show up, although if I bet on soccer I would bet on Adebayor to score.
I hate when we are the first game

I always love it because it means i don't have to sleep and wake up for the game.

Martin Atkinson is refing the game and apparently in 21 games he has ref us on, we have received 35 yellows and 2 red cards.

Tell me about it, ive had 3 ISP,s and still i get lag and pausing in lots of games. Fifa 09 i had invisible players and stadiums and all sorts of shit i lost close to 150 games because of losing connection. I dont lose connection as much now. but some online games you have know chance of winning because the gameplay feks up so bad.Mustangt125 wrote:There's always been a slight delay on FIFA online for me and it pisses me off.

People on the Blackpool forums are proper made up they have got Shelvey on loan. Sounds like while he was playing for Charlton, he played very well against them.
From what I have read, he will slot straight into there team.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
I have read differing opinions on Shelvey's trip to Blackpool.
Do you guys think it would have been better for him to go to an EPL even though they might play negatively or go to a team like Blackpool that plays an open game and tries to score, even though it's a league down?

A full season, starting most/half games in the Championship will do him a world of good.
All we need know is Wilson to go out on loan.

Look at what happened with Coleman, sent to Blackpool where they played good football, came back a better player, that experience would have been far more valuable than playing for a team like Blackburn.

Agreed, I'm at my dads right now and his internet is fucked, can't play online at all, and playing Career Mode is fucking boring.Scott wrote:I just don't get the same excitement playing against a robot. So Henderson is finally sitting on the bench. Good move because Kuyt's record in this fixture in brilliant. It's too soon for Gerrard to start.

Not nervous at all, confident of a win. I'm much more nervous with games against Man Utd.

I've got it recorded so I'll be 20 mins or so behind.
Kuyt and Suarez to score. We will concede though.

I think we'll lose, but not that nervous. I don't feel the rivalry with Everton so much as with Man United.

Really hope Carroll finally gets a bit of luck and scores. He's been ridiculously unlucky with disallowed goals, hitting the post and fantastic saves etc.

I feel sorry for him whenever he get's unlucky. Which has been at least once a game since the start of the season. If he had scored that goal last week he would of easily been my man of the match.Scott wrote:Really hope Carroll finally gets a bit of luck and scores.
