Tbh RR's spot on there. Last seasons games at Old Trafford we were by far the better team.
That means nothing though because we'll still lose.

Rooney and Welbeck paired for England
Capello truly does select players soley based on what clubs they play for

Rooney's England's best player, and Welbeck's on really good form, and clearly works well with Rooney.
And he deserves his full debut.

Don't get me wrong, I like Welbeck and I'm proud to see two United strikers in England's First XI, but I think if Capello was going by merit and performance there are other strikers in "smaller" clubs that also deserve a look in.

The Sun have apologised to Cleverley over that story that he begged a girl for sex. It turns out it was just a look a like pretending to be him

Welbeck's scored 5 goals in hid last 4 games (something like that). What more could he have done to me there on "merit and performance"?Laurencio wrote:Danny wrote:Rooney's England's best player, and Welbeck's on really good form, and clearly works well with Rooney.

He is there on merit on performance. I'm just saying it was easier for him to get in because he plays for United.

Right that's it, I'm gonna curl one out on Fergies chair as well.
Sounds like we're up in the gods as well, suppose you can't expect much better for 21 quid. Whole place is a shithole anyway.

I think it is harder for a young player to perform at United'a standards than many smaller clubs standards with all the pressure and expectations involved. I think that says a lot about him. Also, Capello has to worry about winning, first and foremost. Rooney/Welbeck has been working all season and finding chemistry within your national squad has seriously been your biggest problem all of these years.
Going up and down a stat sheet and picking your squad that way is a recipe for failure. I know hockey is a different game but here in Canada, we win national events all the time. The reason is that we don't bring just our best players. We bring our best combination of players. A subtle but very important distinction. I know hockey is not football but I think in this situation, the comparison is spot on

Our reserves lost 2-1 against Brighton today in a behind closed doors match, im not sure who played but apparently Morrison scored a stunner.
Will Keane ,Larnell Cole and Pogba all played in the 2-2 draw between England under 19s and Frances , Keane scored as well

Ferguson concerned about our away allocation being cut.
Also, Oţelul Galaţi were charging our away fans up to £71 a ticket where as they charge their home fans £12, just cause we're Man United. United got in touch with uefa about this and made sure all fans attending the game in Bucharest got refunded and charged a lot less than original.
The clubs actually caring about it's fans for once, surprising

Re: Manchester United FC Official Thread
Agent Confirms Tevez Could Make Stunning Man United Return
Following a tumultuous few months at Manchester City, Carlos Tevez may be preparing to make a sensational return to former club and bitter rivals Manchester United according to agent Peppino Tirri, after falling out with current boss Roberto Mancini and finding his position at Eastlands untenable.
Tevez recently refused to enter the pitch as a substitute when called upon by Mancini in a recent Champions League fixture against Bayern Munich, a move almost universally condemned by the world of football.
Despite denying the accusations, Tevez’s spell at City looks certain to be drawing to its conclusion, with Mancini insisting the Argentinean would never play for the club again and his agent confirming he will transfer clubs in January.
Italian agent Peppino Tirri has now stunningly hinted that Tevez could be ready to make a sensational return to Manchester United – a club he scored 19 goals for but ultimately left on unsavoury terms with in 2009 – with limited offers coming in for the unsettled forward at present.
"I really think at this point Tevez will be sold during the next market window,” Tirri revealed.
"Where will he end up? I think the hypothesis is not currently viable at Inter: Inter do not need him, they have already forwards like Forlan, Milito, Pazzini, Zarate and Castaignos.
"The same is true when it comes to Real Madrid. More plausible is the road to Juventus which would certainly be more convenient.
"Do not discard the possibility that he could still stay in England and maybe return to United."
Manchester United currently have a number of viable attacking options in Wayne Rooney, Javier Hernandez, Danny Welbeck, Michael Owen and Dimitar Berbatov. However, reports are suggesting that Berbatov is heading towards the Old Trafford exit, whilst Ferguson still remains unsure about his first choice partner for Rooney from his remaining options.
It is believed Tevez may now be available on the cheap, although questions must be asked about whether Mancini would be willing to sell his forward back to a team that are both local and Premier League rivals. However, with Tevez becoming an increasingly unsettling influence at Eastlands, Mancini's desperation to offload the South American could pave the way to a sensational switch back to his old club.

Would anyone actually welcome Tevez back? Good player, but he can fuck off as far as I'm concerned.
