    I would.

    That's smart.

Yeah me too. I'd rather have Fletcher there Smile
    /Sarcasm

Carrick should play. He wont give Liverpool as much space between our mid and defence like we have been doing.

Poor performance compared to the first games we've been playing. But it's 3 points so let's just move on.

Thank fuck for that, Norwich done well today as I expected and I just felt we needed to come through this game with 3 points, now we have the break then Liverpool away, hopefully we'll have a mostly fit squad for then so this seems okay.

3 points and hopefully we'Hopefully we start getting our players back now, and I think Welbeck is much better for the home games where smaller clubs come and defend because he can create much more, but Hernandez seems perfect for the away games.

I really want Fletcher out of the side, either Carrick or Cleverley must play, I don't understand what Sir Alex is thinking, also I think he needs to cut down on the Valencia at RB, Evra, Evans, Ferdinand and Jones would have been mich better.

As said, we got the win and that's all I really cared about today, look forward to Anfield.

Start Carrick or Cleverley (depending on fitness) against Liverpool.

When we play poor we still grind out results, sign of Champions that shifty

So, Anfield.. I'd probably go with this providing all are fit..

    Welbeck/Hernandez*

    Young ------------ Rooney ----------------- Nani

    Anderson - Carrick/Cleverley**

    Evra ------ Vidic ------- Ferdinand ----- Smalling

    De Gea

I don't know why but I prefer Smalling, feel more comfortable with him playing for some reason but wouldn't be too arsed with him or Jones starting either way. Laughing If Nemanja isn't back I'd obviously have one of the two at CB and one at RB with Rio also at CB.

    * = Welbeck for me is the better player of the two, no doubt about that in my mind but I feel Hernandez is better in away games where it might be more stretched, like today Norwich were sitting deep and that just destroys Hernandez's whole game, so I really wouldn't mind either way as Welbeck would probably help our build up play but Hernandez would hopefully cause a threat like v Bolton, either way it'll be good to have the other one coming off the bench.

** = If Cleverley is fit I'd have him starting, no doubt about it for me, the way he's played his short passing is priceless for us, and him and Anderson struck up a fantastic partnership, but if he's not fit then lets just all fucking hope Fletcher is nowhere to be seen, I really don't know why he's starting games atm, Carrick is far and away the better footballer and compliments Anderson's game much much more.

If you want to bench your own Franz Beckenbauer, be my guest, Jones should be starting over Rio though imo.

People are getting carried away, Jones is a fantastic player but Rio Ferdinand is a far superior defender FAR superior.

Maybe at his best, but those days don't come around as often as they used to. Wouldn't it be logical to bleed through this very promising, in form, beast of a center back into your starting XI over an on the decline, injury prone Rio Ferdinand?
