Song is a better player. His attributes in strength, heading, stamina etc makes his ovr higher.

Lucas works hard, stamina isn't a problem for him. You don't have to be mega mobile to prove your stamina either. Probably not as strong as Song, but he can push people off the ball when tackling. He's done it to Drogba several times.
