Also, they have only conceded 2 goals in 8 competitive games this season.

Very hard place to go, we have won there all 3 times since 08/09 but still been tight.

There good defensively side, and organised well.
There strikers are poor though.

Crouch, Jones, Jerome and Walters isn't the worst set in the league. Especially for the way they play.

It's not a massive loss, like James said it's a tough place to go anyway.

As James said, if they were a bit better away from home, they'd easily be a top 7/8 side. I was guttered to lose the game, but, end of the day, you can't win every game can you? It was just one of them days... we were slow getting started, but we played really well in the second half and probably deserved more from the game and as Kenny said, if we play like that, week in, week out, then we'll be fine this season.

Is Henderson's finishing always as poor as it was against Stoke? Really should've scored, he had about 3 chances to do so.

I'm worried about Suarez's finishing. It's the one thing that's holding him back, he's not clinical enough. When you give a player like Rooney, Old Torres, Aguero or Dzeko a chance they will 9 times out of 10 put it in the back of the net, whenever Suarez is 1-on-1 with the keeper I genuinly think he'll miss, and not having a natural finisher can cost us, hopefully Carroll coming back and regaining fitness will solve this.

He took his first shot too early, should have cut the rebound back to Suarez.

Henderson would be a lot better, if he had a proper right back behind him that over laps him.

Could've just lobbed it over him as well, he had so much time and space.

He had the vision to find that space and run into it.
Did the hard work, messed up the shot.

I haven't seen most of the results from yesterday guys, I know United and Liverpool both had tough away fixtures and United won 0-5, how did Liverpool do with all these great new signings and King Dalglish in charge? 6-0, 7-0?

Passing
Stoke: 124/195 64%
Liverpool: 425/545 78%
We had 72.7% possession, too.

Said this a few times too.
Wouldn't say it's that important, the problem is when he's playing as our main striker which isn't his role. You need to be more clinical then but in his usual preferred role he can afford a few minutes in return for the chances he creates.

Stoke lost more games and got less points at home than Bolton did last season.
