Its actually a pretty nice place. I was joking before but the only problem with it are the gangster people. There's a place called Chapeltown that you should never venture into alone apparently Laughing

Chapeltown's nowhere near as bad as it's made out. It's not that bad appearance-wise, it's very Afro-Caribbean and most of the people there tend to have high aspirations and also want to get out of there. Just the odd incident but they're usually quite significant. shifty

It's the white working class areas of Gipton and Seacroft that are rough, just full of thugs and yobs like something out of This Is England.

I have to go through Harehills on the bus journey home but that's it. It's alright anyway as it goes along Roundhay Road and that's probably the nicest bit of Harehills.

Is Bristol that bad ClarkY? I've always held it in high regard as the University is quite prestigious.

Ben & Uncle John from Jamaica, this is a pointless question but I'll ask it anyway.

Why do most places in Leeds end in 'ey'? Like Headingley, Morley, Bramley, Pudsey, Otley, etc.ey shifty

I only noticed it once last year when I had to go to Ilkley. Every time you'd drive through a new place it'd end in 'ey' Laughing Been Google mapping it though ('cause I'm sad) and most of those sorts of names seem to be to the west/north west of Leeds, Bratford as well.

Ahh yeah, places like Bingley, Keighley and Shipley too.

I think those 3 ending with 'ley' has something to do with the Leeds-Liverpool Canal.

The name is rather fitting don't you think? Laughing Just across The Don from there is a place called Tinsley. Bit more appropriate.
