I think it's because they've got so much free time being out of Europe and all.

He's not going to cough up that kind of money for a player in his last year. Not right away anyways, he's not an idiot.
I reckon he'll go to about 10m with his next bid.

A Liverpool troll, and a plan that backfires. Really, in his last year?
That explains the low bid then.

Football is a business and Arsenal are good at business, we don't spend £35 million on Andy Carroll, we spend £1 million on someone who is thrice the player.
Now this is the Arsenal thread, would you kindly please either stay on topic or politely leave.

Wenger always tries to save, you never know, if you save a penny here and a penny there you might get enough for a Cesc Fabregas or something.

On the Cahill bid. Poeple seem to think he bid low to try and force Evertons hand with Jagielka, make them think we're looking elsewhere now and see if they lower their asking price.

''I'm told the extras in the Cahill deal would have taken it to £10m.
Bolton still will settle for £12m but has to be straight cash.''
Not as bad now
Just pay the 12m. I'd say it's a fair price (if you add in the fact he's English has a NT cap and we have lots of money that people know about)

If we can sign Cahill before the Man Utd game do you think he will play since Vermaelen could be out.

What are you on about, do you run this forum? And have you not ever been in the Liverpool thread posting things nothing to do with Liverpool. And well that policy of spending 1 million on a player thrice as good as others still has not managed your club a trophy for 6 years. I came in here to post about the Cahill bid but it had already been posted, and i saw things posted about Suarez and Liverpool so i replied.
So would you kindly tell the others to stay on topic and become a mod and then you can ask me to politely leave, fuck me bruce calm down, calm down.

This reminds me of the Alvarez situation. All we had to pay was a extra two million and he was ours. Next Cahill will be saying "Arsenal is my dream club" *goes to Inter Milan*

Totally agree with that, Gotta to be in it to win it. And i would like to congratulate Arsenal for making it there after all the problems you have had And i still believe if Arsenal got the correct players and played the football Wengers teams play, they would be a major force. Still think under Wenger Arsenal have played some of the most attactive football ive seen in English football especially when Henry, Vieira and Pires and the likes were there, top class team to watch that was.

I doubt Moyes would sell Jagielka for anything less than 18m and I can't see Wenger paying that...... Cahill would be more suited to Arsenal anywayblackskar wrote:Alan wrote:And what is the point in Arsenal being in the Champion's League, they will not win it and never have won it or the European cup.The Bat-Man wrote:Liverpool fans just can't get enough of us.
