5.55pm: CONSPIRACY! There is a problem in the draw for the last 3 teams," says Tristan Rudgard. "Ghenk is drawn third last and they list only Groups B and E that they can be drawn into (and therefore only pick balls for those groups). However, there is no reason why they could not be drawn into group F (Arsenal's group) as there are no other Belgian teams in the draw. Penultimate team is Trabzonspor and they place them into Group B as they show no other open groups - however, there is also no reason why they could not have be drawn into Group F. Finally Dortmund are allocated to the only remaining group, F. The system broke down and did not show Group F as a valid option for the last 3 picks. Redraw?" Let's not.

    Ooooh. eek

I think this was already posted.

Who cares? It's still a random incident, still a fair draw.

Arsenal had a 33.3% chance to getting them.. to a 0% chance.

We care, because it doesn't make sense and could be the difference between us qualifying or not.

So long as it wasn't intentional there is no problem. You getting Dortmund is just as much a result of chance (ie. the error in the machine randomly occurring) as you getting drawn out by Bobby Charlton or whoever.

    ''Lille: Hazard agree with Arsenal

Arsenal sent in vain an offer of thirty million euros for the striker Eden Hazard Lille has already agreed with the Gunners. A new proposal of thirty-five million is approaching.

As we let you hear before, Arsenal has a proposal of thirty million euros for the Belgian international striker Eden Hazard (20), whose contract expires in June 2015, but without success. A new proposal of thirty-five million is in the pipes.
Reportedly, the Red Devil has already set in agreement with the Gunners on the conditions of a future lease. Anxiety is palpable on the side of the club president Michel Seydoux.''

Back in for Kaka too apparently. And some lad called Shaquiri (who geg will know most about as he's Swiss iirc)

Alot of business being done with fuck all time to do it in. Reckon it#s going to be a very nervy deadline day for us.

Arsene Wenger has reportedly made an initial €8million bid for Xherdan Shaqiri, but Basel want closer to €11million. (via FourFourTom) not sure if true but again we will have to wait and see.

He's quite well known, did very well in the U21 Champs this summer, he's very talented but not sure if I want him right now tbh.

Kaka on loan and Hazard and Cahill would be the dream situation.

Also apparently we are in talks with Real Madrid again for a Kaka loan deal with Madrid paying half of his wages.

How much is 30m euros in £ ? Instead of offering more cash we should offload one of our attackers instead and offer him in the deal as it will benefit both clubs. They need a forward after losing Gervinho and Hazard and we get rid of one of the shit guys and lower the price. Chamakh,Bendtner Vela take your pick Lille Official Arsenal FC Thread - Page 16 386937

Nope. But I think Gervinho does much better on the left, even though what you posted is how they played last year. They'll move around though so doesn't matter too much. If we somehow ended up with that though i'll be very happy. Then if we signed a LB in Jan eek

    £26.5m.

Velas already on loan, and they need a winger not a striker really, and fuck Bendtner on the wing. Unless that's what Wengers been preparing him for all this time Official Arsenal FC Thread - Page 16 279869

The 3 forward mids would move around alot I imagine. Against Udinese Gervinho and Walcott were switching loads. wank 2

Shaqiri is a good little player, remember from when Switzerland played England last year, was one of their more dangerous players and enjoys a shot iirc. If we sold Modric I wouldn't mind him coming.

He's a winger though isn't he? So wouldn't really help. He could do a job behind the striker though but again VdV is there.

For us.. i'd rather we got someone else with our current situation, but depending on the price I wouldn't say no.
