Not that it matters, because we'll never get him.
I've always been a fan of Van Persie playing forward over striker, but Wenger likes him as a striker rightly so. The reason I would rather have him out wide and Hulk inside is because of Hulk's physical strength. If it did happen, which it won't our forward line of Hulk, Van Persie, and Gervinho would all be interchangeable pieces.

These are going to be some good games. I can't wait to see the Marseille and Dortmund matches.

It's a no brainor that Messi is better than Bendtner so there would be no point in arguing it, but me saying I would prefer Van Persie out wide as opposed to Hulk in our formation is a personal opinion and one of preference. It would be no different than me saying I would rather have Samir Nasri in my team than Luka Modric. It's a matter of personal taste in this discussion.

Your example and what I am talking about are two different scenarios completely. You're making this out to be more than what it really is.

We were playing Tom Cruise, Eastmond, Bartley and Watt that game if I recall correctly.

Good group that is, no long trips, we can beat Marseille and Olympiacos and this Dortmund squad is new to the CL so we can do them when we get them at home.

    Up the Arse!

I know, I posted the team a page back. But still, Greece will be a hard place to go, should win easily still.

I know that's why I said I can dream. Neutral

I heard earlier that Hazard said on Canal+ that he could end up at Arsenal. But they might just be Twitter rumours.

It should at least say Agger.

It's funny that you are making him out like a cult hero, when he arguably cost you the game with his dumbass constant fouling.

It was his first competitive start and he played excellently.

This is where we will have to disagree. Hulk is not a better passer in my opinion nor is he as great a threat with the ball at his feet than Van Persie. In a 4-3-3, I would much rather see Robin out wide if Hulk had to be in the team than Hulk out wide and Robin in the middle. Personally I don't want Hulk at Arsenal because there are better options such as Mario Gomez if Bayern would entertain selling him.

Official Arsenal FC Thread - Page 15 849722
That was the argument right? Arise said he would play Robin wide and now he says in bold. Official Arsenal FC Thread - Page 15 58503
Whats so hard to understand. The sentence is perfectly clear. I would rather play Robin out wide in a 4-3-3 if Hulk were in the team than to see Hulk out wide and Robin playing in the middle? Are you slow because that sentence is very clear in it meaning.

Arise before this post you said RVP out wide, Hulk Central. Then said the same thing again.. then said if Hulk had to be in the team you would play RVP in the middle and now this.

Re-read the part you bolded VERY VERY carefully. If you can't figure it out let me help you. Focus on the word "than" at the end of my sentence and it will help you make sense of the statement.
In a 4-3-3, I would much rather see Robin out wide if Hulk had to be in the team "THAN" Hulk out wide and Robin in the middle.
That means I would rather see Robin out wide (as a forward) if Hulk had to be in the team THAN (as in vice versa) Hulk out wide and Robin in the middle.

    http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2011/aug/25/champions-league-draw-2011-live?CMP=twt_gu

5.55pm: CONSPIRACY! There is a problem in the draw for the last 3 teams," says Tristan Rudgard. "Ghenk is drawn third last and they list only Groups B and E that they can be drawn into (and therefore only pick balls for those groups). However, there is no reason why they could not be drawn into group F (Arsenal's group) as there are no other Belgian teams in the draw. Penultimate team is Trabzonspor and they place them into Group B as they show no other open groups - however, there is also no reason why they could not have be drawn into Group F. Finally Dortmund are allocated to the only remaining group, F. The system broke down and did not show Group F as a valid option for the last 3 picks. Redraw?" Let's not.

    Ooooh. eek

I think this was already posted.
