Re: Tottenham Hotspur Official Thread
Another win - i'm getting used to us winning which is worrying. We're actually a top quality side and even when we weren't at our best today and west brom played very defensively we still got the win.

Might be bull though
The rumour was to buy him. Apparently old 'arry thinks he's a top, top player.
I bet he also thinks Tevez is a triffic pro, a real family man who can come in and make the difference - a real special player.

Yeah i heard about that. Paramedics tried to revive him for 20 mins, it was in the west stand. He had his grandchildren with him as well, desperately sad.

It wouldn't have been streamed like the Charlton game wasn't streamed either last year. 3-0 is a good win though and through to the 4th round with Defoe scoring AGAIN.

Sounded like Gio did well too. Setup Defoe's goal and scored the 3rd.
Wanted Carroll to get more time though. Have high hopes for him

I swear, I get better coverage of football here in the US than I did back in Britain. We had the choice of almost all of the matches

I listened on the radio too. Felt like I was in 1920.
And yeah, I think the US gets better coverage, I sometimes hear certain members complain about how a team's match isn't telivised but then It comes out on ESPN D or Fox Sports Español.
Direct tv the service I have pretty much gets you all the football you'll ever need.
I even get the likes of the Guatemalan and Ecuadorian leauges.

Yep. Between Setanta, ESPN, FoxSoccer, ESPN Deportes, Gol TV, etc., I get all of the games that I don't want.Ché Guayaba wrote:I listened on the radio too. Felt like I was in 1920.

It's not a law, it's a voluntary agreement, and it's one that it's about time the Football Association put an end to. Protectionism of lower clubs just holds back the top sides.

Yeah, all that football means Saturday's I pretty much don't even leave the house. I wake up at like 5am watch some of the BPL, La Liga and whatever else is on, have like a 2 hour break(cause there is nothing on) and then at 3 pm watch all the Mexican League games. Me and my cousin pretty much stay seated in front of the tv and only get up to eat or take a piss.
The Mexican League only just got started today so it's been like a month since we last did that.

I just read the 3 PM kick off thing and I think it's a bit silly.Never knew about this. Always wondered why some matches for big clubs weren't televised in the UK, I just thought it was some contract thing or something.

Re: Tottenham Hotspur Official Thread
That's why when I was in Cyprus on new year's eve I was able to watch all of the games. The pub I was in had all f them available to watch near enough. It's not hard to find a stream for a premiership game anyway these days.

Nah Luke said he'd move with 100% certainty last window. So we obviously don't have him anymore.
