I reckon Suarez will be on the bench for Sunderland, and he'll come on if needed. Sort of like the Chelsea game, we didn't need him, he didn't come on.

Would love him to start though, and I reckon there is a good chance. Actually, I don't know what's going to happen.

Johnson's out for the Sunderland game btw, if any of you haven't heard. (Probably have) Aurelio and Kelly as fullbacks please. Although, I'm finding it difficult to choose between Kelly and Flanagan.

Kelly is miles ahead of Flanagan right now imo, even though he wasn't at his best in pre-season.

I'm still not too sure. Kelly was great last season, so was Flanagan. I would be picking Kelly if he didn't have a bit of an iffy pre-season.

Flanagan is more solid defensively but I think he's waaaaaaaaaay too rash in the tackle at the minute and is a red card waiting to happen. Kelly is better going forward.

I wouldn't say he's 'miles' ahead (you do like to exaggerate your words though) but I would agree that he's clearly ahead of Flanagan at the moment, age is a big factor though, Flanagan's 17/18, Kelly's 20 I think. Just out of interest? Who do you rate more for the future? As a right back and just in general?

I'm just trying to think who would be more suitable to play against Sunderland at home.

Seriously, I really hope we perform like we did against Fulham/Birmingham etc. Would be a cracking start to the season.

For some reason, I think Flanagan is going to go on and become the bigger player. I love his ball control, he seems so calm on the ball and can keep it at his feet and get out of tight situations.

Kelly is more of a hit and run player, doesn't have THAT much technical ability imo. Typical centre-back.

I'm not criticising Flanagan, just saying Kelly is way better at this moment.

I rate Kelly more but I've seen more of him.

Sunderland will be a tough game I think,all those new signings eager to impress,strong squad now I think probably wanting to push on to a top half finish.

Flanagan no doubt, I'd even argue Flanagan is better at RB right now

Really? What did you say exactly? I think he has everything about him bar the passing/vision side of the game(though I have seen him switch the ball quite a few times), but that will come. His tackling is scary, strikers will shit themselves.
