I think this too, it also depends on how deep the negotiations are. If Barcelona were very close to what Wenger values him at, then they may demand he cant play. But that would suit Wenger, as he wants him to stay.

Wenger should piss Barca off and play him against Udinese.

For some reason I could never see R.V.P, Sagna & Walcott at a different club. Or Wilshere.

Over the years I've always been happy that he said if he were to leave Arsenal it would only be for Barcelona.
