I'm not sure about Kelly defensively, athletically he's well equipped to play CB, big, fast and powerful but does he have the intelligence? Was his fault for one of the goals conceded against Gala and hasn't done that well in pre-season. But, I guess that's what experience brings to your game.

Massive exaggeration that
Dann was a key part to Birmingham's defence. Johnson got most of the credit, but as soon as Dann picked up that injury Birmingham fell to pieces at the back and were relegated.
Cahill isn't even realistic. There's no way we will be spending another £15M+ in this window, unless we make that back in sales, which isn't looking likely at the moment.

The sale of Aquilani and part of the wages from Joe Coles potential loan could be used. But even then I agree with Dave, we won't be spending anything like that, we've done our big money spendings now. Also what if we buy Henrique for this supposed £5-10m? Cahill just doesn't seem likely at all.
