If I were a Spurs fan I would say Berba + 10 minimum for Modric.
Modric is by far their best player and would make loads of teams around Europe better, not just Chelsea or United. If you want him, pay up is what id say.

Just thought I'd post it in here since it is a Tottenham matter
And Berbatov + 10 for Modric? Ain't selling, will not sell Modric this summer, quote this if you want to come back to once the window has closed, but mark my words he will NOT be leaving this year!

good, hopefully walker can get a good number of games next season, not sure how he and lennon on the same flank would work, would prefer to see someone who comes inside from the right if walkers playing

Hopefully pre-season will let them test it, if Harry plays Walker.

Re: Tottenham Hotspur Official Thread
Walker could end up being our starting right back in the near future. He's probably already better then Kaboul and as much as I like Corluka he is only decent.
As for Rose I'd like to see him in a more attacking role. He did well at left back but I think he is very skilled going forward, could have a breakout year.
Also, can we please keep Dos Santos around this year? He is clearly talented and we never use him.

Re: Tottenham Hotspur Official Thread
Oh I probably should post what I said.
Palacios, a thousand times over Palacios, I want him out of our club, I mean he was good when he joined, but I don't think he has recovered since his brothers death and he just hasn't been the same, and he just can't make a simple pass which annoys me.
Gomes for me is hard to say I mean I love him, but he is just so error prone that it costs the club, and I mean we could get some decent money for him and bring in a young keeper (I'm looking at Smithies, been awhile since I mentioned that name )
Ben Alnwick a forgotten name at the club really just need to let him go.
David Bentley hasn't lived up to the fee we paid for him and although I like him just reckon he'll never be that good for us, and his career is elsewhere.
Robbie Keane, love him, I really do but we can't waste wages on him when we need better strikers especially with how strict we are with wages.
Gio I want to give him a chance because he is magic at times, but if he doesn't improve he would have to go, although we should at least give him till January.
Kyle Naughton looked to have such a bright future but he hasn't been explosive, I know he is still young but got to compare him to Walker both play the same position, but like Gio give him to at least January.
Then if we can sign two good strikers one of the three (Defoe, Pav, Crouch) would have to go, and if I had to choose one that would be Crouch.

agree with most of those except Gio, he has never been given a real chance. I am from the US so I see the Mexican NT tear us apart alot and Gio is one of their best players.
Also, haven't seen enough of Naughton to judge him but if we have walker we don't really need him.
IMO besides the players named we should get rid of Jenas and Hutton because we don't need either of them.
Also for me it is a tough call which strikers to keep/get rid of. I can't see Harry getting rid of Crouch and I really don't want to offload Defoe as he has the potential to have a bounce back season imo.

Need to keep Jenas just for the depth, I mean when asked to fill in whether that be attackingly or defensibly, he'll do a good job.
