Announcement tomorrow regarding the DP rule. The consensus seems to be that the rule change will be that LA Galaxy can sign as many DPs as they want.
It's actually supposed to be a good change. Younger DPs (age unknown at the moment) will count less against the cap. That should allow for more younger signings then.

The NBA also overpays everyone. Honestly though i think this move is a step in the right, hopefully more teams decide to pay a fee for quality players, especially if this new DP rule encourages younger DP's.
