World class midfield. Spearing/Lucas/Meireles are shit. Arsenal will beat Liverpool by 4.

Van Persie, seeing as this is essentially an Arsenal v. Liverpool thread, I'll state that opinion and be on my way, ta.

Not really. Van Persie chips in with a lot of assists, and also comes deep and keeps play moving a lot as well...
You pretty much do this all the time.
Once you basically just said to me "Nah" ....well sorry but "not really" and "nah" just don't cut it with me on a thread based on opinion.
Van Persie might get an assist.....but that in itself could the pass on the end of a typical Arsenal move where loads of people have probably done a lot more work than Van Persie.....who is pretty much the guy you rely on to be there....not create the chance himself.
Suarez does more work around the pitch.....yet is as deadly in and around the box. I doubt that Van Persie would ever (though I don't he could anyway) contribute to all round play as much as Suarez.
Van Persie will get you goals.....but he won't carry Arsenal....which has been incredibly evident recently as his goals haven't done anything for Arsenal.

You know it's funny, because people use the argument 'Oh he's only played so many times for Liverpool?' And what, did his career start in January did it? He's been playing longer than that.
He scored 49 goals in 48 games last season and that's without the fucking assists, I don't know that statistic unfortunately, but I suspect it's astonishingly high , what players can come close to that, match it or better it? I can only think of two, Messi and Ronaldo?
And in his short career he's scored 142 goals in 241 games, again, that's without even looking at assists, which I can't seem to find. That's an amazing statistic. 142 in 241.

Suarez barely gets injured, therefore he wins by default.

Oh I know everythings an opinion and as I said on the old forum, everything I type isn't an attack or saying peoples opinions are wrong.
I said nah, van persie does it too. Nothing wrong with that. I didn't say nah, Suarez doesn't do that did I?...
Van Persie does help the team out alot as well and anyone that watches him knows he can do a lot more then be at the end of an Arsenal move. He can create one himself.
And as for your last point, Suarez hasn't carried Liverpool at all, so I don't see how that's relevent.

And Miyiachi is one of the Netherlands best players despite not playing professionally, that's the context you're putting it in

Looking at last season with Ajax, the World Cup, and how quickly he's settled in the Premier League, Suarez wins.

Yes but come on, it was in the Dutch league, yes it is a great achievement, but comparing him to Ronaldo and Messi is foolish.

As much of a cliche as it is, stick Messi in the Dutch league, he'll score 100. Put Van Persie in there, he can do as well as Suarez if not better.

Naa Van Persie doesn't do a lot of work and drop back, it's not like we can't cross because he's busy setting up the move to actually get in the box

Falcao's goalscoring record for Porto is better than Suarez's for Ajax btw

Hmm...that is pretty god damn impressive.
Difficult one this as Van Persie is also one of the best strikers in the world atm.

Where is the evidence of this?
Even Ruud van Nistlerooy, one of the greatest strikers ever seen in this country, never hit more than 38 in Holland.

Messi could score 100 goals in any league tbf, he justs wants to gradually break his record each year.

What? Holland back then was a much better league then it is now. Now it has gone to pot really.
What's the evidence? Watch the Dutch league, see the defending. One of our players on loan is one of the best players in there at the moment and he's only just started playing professionally.

What evidence is there that Suarez is better than Van Persie? his scoring record in 2011 isn't better
