I would also like to know, you can do a running signature celebration by holding A. Not sure how to do a finishing signature celebration though, it doesn't even say on the celebration controls in the menu.

Hold A and keep running around, Van persie will hold his hands in the air then do a slide, Lampard will put his hands inthe sky and Arshavin will do the Shhh. You need to hold it and run around.

Oh I see. Well if you keep it held down they'll eventually finish. Drogba slides on his knees etc, just give it a few seconds and they'll finish it off.
