I just feel Kyle Walker has worked hard for his call-up, first at QPR then Aston Villa. Has done brilliantly attacking and defending, rather fast, seems to be perfect. I'm not taking anything away from Kelly but Kyle has worked hard and deserves this call-up.

He can't do anymore than he already is to get a call up either seeing as he's keeping Englands 1st choice RB out from playing in that position for Liverpool

Walker has played well and deserves a shot. Kelly will probably get his chance against Ghana.

Stockdale not so much, probably only chosen because he's in the Premier League, not like he's going to play anyway though.

Jones played RB for the reserves he then got called up to the first team and played CB but now plays CDM.

england obviously is hopeless with goalkeepers that is why reserve epl goalkeepers and second division goalkeepers is being considered no offence

personally, i think capello's after the sack! i don't think he's particularly bothered about results. he won't resign, he will wait to be paid off. trouble is i can't think of anyone i'd want as England manager who might want the job!

but second division keepers are PL keepers of the future!

Rob Green, Scott Carson, Ben Foster & Chris Kirkland have all played in the lower divisions and have all been capped while playing in the second division!

Wolves former GK Matt Murray in my opinion was better than the lot of them, he managed one PL appearance due to injury - but spent the rest of his career in the second division!

there are loads of players who have played lower division football who went on to play for England! including Rio Ferdinand, David Beckham & Ashley Cole. Albeit only on loan, but ones individual skill is not held back by what division you play in or what club you are contracted to.

Lee Camp is having an unbelivable season and in my opinion is worth a place in a friendly squad at the very least!

but those guys you mention all have something common with eachother beside playing lower leagues previously

if u looking at country like spain, germany, italy etc, we have many goalkeeper playing at top division and playing well

england is behind

Kelly should be in to replace Lescott. Think Walker deserves his spot, brilliant going forward.
