Yeah but... he's new to England, I'm sure he knows most of the 'popular' players in Italy because he grew up in that country and played there for years, he's only been with City since August, and played Arsenal once.

You name the top 5 young talents in Italy and I bet I couldn't name atleast 5 of them. But I know of quite few top talents from different clubs in England. It's just how it is.
