Slough for me, lived there and it was pretty horrible, overran by the Polish and Asians/Indian now and full of their shops, not in a bad way, but it's lost it's core community, just seems empty and ran down now.

Probably Watts. South Central and Compton are rather nice in comparison. Only good thing in Watts is the Watts Towers.
