i've become the Inter Milan of the EPL

out of my 22 senior squad players, only 3 of them are English. i keep saying i'm going to buy more English players, but they're so expensive. and i could never turn down a good deal in this game... plus i'm Roma biased and i keep looking out for Roma players. surprisingly i'm still good for 8 homegrown players for Europa League (only because Swedish Olsson and Scottish Hanley counts as homegrown for Blackburn)

Finished the season in 9th place

In my last 13 matches I lost 1 game, drew 5 and won 7 which was quite pleasing

Taarabt needs to go though, he played well this season but in the last game of the season against Chelsea I got a penalty and he put it softly straight at Cech and I drew 0-0

Would have came 7th if he scored that penalty

Eriksen, De Jong, Andersen, Wellington Nem, Adryan, Schone. Too many AM's.

Re-training De Jong as deep lying playmaker, Andersen and Wellington Nem as AMR. I expect a big club to come in for Wellington Nem but I'm fine with that as Andersen has 4.5* potential. Eriksen is my number 1 man so he'll be the focal point. Unsure what to do with Adryan. Schone will be sold.

Got Chelsea in the 3rd round of the FA Cup. Pretty sure I've got them in the League Cup semis too.

I'm going to start another save (oh my, how shocking) but this time I'm going to focus on mentality rather than ability. I wonder if a squad of highly determined and work-ethic players with a great deal of teamwork would be successful. Because if it's one thing I notice, it's that although players like Ibrahimovic, Lucas Moura and other highly skilled players are fantastic sometimes, they tend to fall to their knees and cry like little babies when things aren't going their way. Time to test Sacchi's theory on Football Manager.

Finished my first season at Cheltenham 21st drawing 22 times in the process, and only conceding 47 goals from 46 games. I'd have went down if it wasn't for my away form where I went my last 14 games unbeaten.

i only had 3 central defenders (Hanley, Dann, Givet) at the start of the 2013 transfer window. i needed one more but i had no money left in my transfer budget. so i went through players on the loan list

- i tried to loan Romagnoli. he decided to go to Grosseto instead
- i tried to loan Jonny Evans. Man Utd didn't want to loan to a rival. so he went to Chelsea
- i tried to loan Boyata. Man City accepted my bid then withdrew
- i tried to loan Bruma. he decided to go to Vitesse instead
- i tried to loan Kalas. he decided to go to Everton instead

so you know who i finally managed to sign in the end? Matthew Upson , 1 year contract on a free transfer

my first season in the EPL. i'm also in Europa League because i won the FA Cup last season while I was in the championship. it'll be my first time playing the 4-3-2-1 x-mas tree formation, reminiscent of Milan in the late 2000's, 2 ultra attacking wingbacks, 3 defensive midfielders, 2 creators, and a poacher
