It is what it is. Too many of you are still in that Arsene can do no wrong camp, but I've been over him a while ago. As a competitive club we are stagnant and he is doing very little to change our mediocre culture. Buy two players and many of you have forgiven him, sorry that doesn't cut it. We just got dominated at our own ground.

Conviently leaving out the systemic problems we have at board level hindering Wenger. You say it's all on Wenger it when he's constantly having his hands tied by an owner that cares more about spreadsheets and a board that care about their own money it's pretty hard to do much...

Not saying he's except from blame, he need to shoulder his fair share (neglect of defensive work in training, some horrific buys like Santos ect.) but to pin it all on him and start up the Weger out shite is nothing short or retarded

That's not how it works, blackskar. We need a scapegoat. If it isn't Wenger, it's the board. If it isn't the board, then it's a particular player. Our shortcomings are never, ever, ever down to the collective failings of the club as a whole. It's always someone's fault and only their fault.

Sad thing is that we're heading downwards ala Liverpool and yet no one in the club is ready to do anything about it. While we're gettin CL every season the board have no real incentive to change things and as a result we are being left behind by others (Chelsea, City, United)

I am not leaving out anything. Too many people are quick to point out the board is preventing him from doing anything, but that is far from the truth. Gazidis has gone on record many times and said the funs are there for Wenger to spend, but when you look at the reality he just isn't spending. He says the same thing year after year regarding players coming back from injury being like a new signing, or that we have plenty of players of quality etc etc. The fact is that he just refuses to accept that his methods are not working and Arsenal are a predictable club. Our top players dont want to stay at the club and leave for more money and more success almost immediately. Everyone that has left Arsenal has won more hardware following their exit. Van Persie just left, but I am sure he will pick up something before we do as a club.

I am not saying he is fully to blame, but it starts with the manager first and he has done more than anyone to prevent us from staying as an elite club. It's time for Arsenal to move on for for Arsene to change his ways and at this raate neither are going to happen so we will continue to be a mediocre club with the highest priced tickets in the country.
