I can tell the 24 hour time perfectly tbh, I don't even need to think when I see: 17 = 5pm, 21 = 9pm 19 = 7pm, I like it.

That's not really the same thing. When you are speaking to someone and tell them it's "8 o' clock" they will know if it's am or pm without you telling them. But the 24-hour format is really preferable in certain situations. When looking for the times of matches and I have to convert time zones, it's preferable if the time of the match shown is in 24-hour format.
