You would kinda think you would of seen some rumors by now on who we could be signing.

Even though I do not rate Theo all that highly, if we are willing to pay him £75,000/week and he wants £100,000/week just pay the man because its not like we are strapped for cash. Hell we are paying Diaby and Denilson £60,000/week and they don't contribute anything to the team. Arshavin £70,000/week and he is pure shit that we are supposedly willing to sell for £1,000,000. Theo is only 23 and still has all the time in the world to become a top class striker if we would play him there, but at this point Arsenal's board and Wenger need to stop with the bullshit of waiting until last minute to sort out contract. Van Persie and Walcott should have been extended a year or two ago rather than waiting until the final year.

Through out the transfer window there has been constant rumors and speculation. Now its hit the final week and its completely silent.

Wasn't Mertesacker the one that dragged on a bit towards the end? Was meant to sign before deadline day? Can't remember tbh.

I heard about Metresacker and Santos a day or two before and Park was announced by skysports on the day we lost 8-2.

I swear Santos was a deadline day thing. Shows how much I pay attention. I'm ignoring everything to do with transfers right now.

Arteta was only linked on deadline day as well I think...remember some Arsenal fans being angry about it...then it almost broke down on personal terms.
