Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
The Liverpool quality tweet was a joke, quite clearly. I'm not in a bad mood.. I find it annoying that you're posting a few selected tweets to represent the views of Arsenal and then saying you're posting them because they're 'funny' when really they're not funny at all. You were posting them to try and have some sort of laugh at us because we missed out on him, when every reputable source is saying we pulled out because the lack of a buyout clause at the end of the loan.

It really shows how the club has fallen when you celebrate over a loan deal.

I wasn't solely pinning the blame on you. My point is, the admins/mods always pull us up for it yet the rest of the forum comment on it, as they can quite clearly see that it's them causing the arguments etc for no reason whatsoever and causing shitty arguments in every thread. It's not possible not to respond though or else they'll just continue to post their lies and bile.

Yeh, we've really fallen by managing to loan a great midfielder who other clubs were after. What have we become?Novi wrote:It really shows how the club has fallen when you celebrate over a loan deal.

How dare we loan a fantastic, young midfielder from one of the best teams in the world!
How dare Spurs loan Adebayor and got into the top 4. PATHETIC!

Don't be bitter. We all know that you would be 'celebrating' if Arsenal signed Sahin.

Contrary to popular belief, that's not actually what our trophy cabinet looks like. If you'd done your research you'd have realised that we actually have 13 league titles to our name as well as 10 FA Cups. Please don't make this mistake again as it kind of irritates me ever so slightly.

The person who made that should kill themselves. As Blade has mentioned, we have 13 league titles. It's not like our trophy cabinet is actually empty. We've won 4 league titles since your last one too.
And the fact that Sahin didn't sign for us is because Wenger pulled out*

Don't know why theres the hate. Liverpool were willing to accept him on loan and give him back, we werent. It isn't showin how far Liverpool have fallen, just that both clubs have different ways of doing business and what they consider value...

Yes i have been following football for over 30 years and i did not realise Arsenal are the 3rd most succesful English club.
I thought maybe this gave it away.
I do know they won the League and FA Cup double back in 1970,71 season when the great Ray Kennedy played for them and i remember them winning the Littlewoods cup back in 1987 beating Liverpool in final and them winning the League title in 89 and 91 and the other 3 times they have won the League since then. They also played some of the most attractive attacking football ive ever seen in winning those 3 League titles and more under Wenger.
So in my time of watching and remembering football i remember Liverpool winning 6 League titles and Arsenal winning 5 League titles and i do know lots about Arsenal's history.

I think the suspect face should have told you something. And as ive said before to you some of the football Arsenal have played under Wenger in winning his 3 League titles and other things has been some of the most attractive attacking football ive ever seen in my time watching football, they were a joy to watch those teams where and the way they played the game with some absolute top class players.Mal wrote:Alan wrote:

Not a problem Mal, and nothing wrong with backing your team up. And i have a lot of respect for Arsenal and what they have won in their history.Mal wrote:Alan wrote: I think the suspect face should have told you something. Rodgers : "Everything has been organized and sorted in terms of paperwork."
Regarding Sahin. So he could be going through his medical with the doc and his camera crew soon.

Tottenham only have two strikers, they'd never sell him to us.
