Of course he does and ive said this before, but i still think in football if you are going to build a team and a squad and let any manager spend cash, you must give them more than one full season to see how it goes. But im happy we have Brendan Rodgers and i wish he had the cash to spend as i think he would have brought in better players if he had the kind of cash Dalglish had to spend.

Carroll, Downing, Henderson, Adam, Enrique, Coates cost about £80m between them. Not sure if Kenny signed them all though. But i'll leave it to the Liverpool people
