Just remembered Park has/had number 9. He'll come back from the Olympics just to find out his number has been given to Podolski. His transfer has got to be one of the most confusing transfers in Wenger's history.

It might just be temporary. And meh, i'm guessing he bought him thinking he could do well, and he didn't show anything in training that was productive so he didn't play him or he felt homesick or something. We didn't really pay a lot for him and might get a bit for him back so it's not too bad. I feel bad for Park really, he lost his starting place in the National team bar the Olympics, and I think he was the Captain and lost that but not sure.

Didn't we pay something so he wouldn't have to join the army for another 5 years or so? Think that cost us a couple of millions. Not your typical cheap-ass Wenger. I know he's splashed some money this summer, but he hasn't paid the jackpot for any of Podolski, Giroud or Cazorla either.

Just a very odd signing in the end. He's had like one match, a Carling Cup match? Laughing

The RvP saga is going to get ugly.

United are desperate to get him, but we seem to be trying our best not to let him go there.

Asking as we get good money for him and bring in a equally good replacement I'll be fine with him leaving. Northbanklower reckon we've got multiple targets lined up if he does go, so atleast were prepared unlike last season.

I can guarantee that we will not sign a replacement if he leaves.

It is so fucking hard to imagine him in a Man Utd shirt. I don't want to either...it dosen't seem right.

This could end out worse than the Nasri situation I feel.

But going by why the papers are saying we are going to lose Song and van Persie.

That never means a damn thing. Tried holding Nasri from City, Fab to Barca.

I don't care if we have multiple targets lined up.. if they're just bench players and can't make a big impact, i don't want that trash coming.

And if Song leaves.. I'll cry.

Northbanklower said a minute ago that Wemger and Rowley have a few targets in mind if RvP were to go.

And I know it means squat but that's why I'm saying it'll get nasty.

You can't sign an equally good replacement. Who's an equal lone striker to RVP who we could get?

I'd say stick Podolski up front. I think he'd be better than Giroud.

2 central midfielders is suicide for us.

We used the diamond a bit late last season away at teams like Stoke and QPR, not really a fan of it.

Also jus stumbled on Cunty Morgans latest tweets. I'm actually ashamed he's an Arsenal 'fan' (I use that term loosely)
